Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.
Conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all its labels.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product).
2. Defective Items or Order Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You have 7 days after receiving the item to contact us.
- We will offer an exchange, a store credit, or a full refund (including return shipping, which we will cover).
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a return label or the necessary instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for a refund:
- Discounted or sale items (refundable only as a store credit).
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., alterations made at your request).
5. Flexible Policy: Exchange or Store Credit
For customers wishing to return an item without justification (except for defects or order errors), we offer a flexible alternative:
- Exchange for another item of equal value.
- Store credit valid for 1 year on our website.
6. Shipping Costs
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned.
- In the case of a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded.
