These Service Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website www.belybent.com and all services we offer in addition to the sale of our items. By validating your order or using our services, you unconditionally accept these terms.

At Belybent, we are committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience through the following services:

  • Click & Collect Service: You have the option to pick up your items for free at our physical store in Montpellier, typically within 24 hours after placing the order.

2. Service Delivery Terms

  • Click & Collect: The in-store pickup service is available within 24 hours of your order confirmation, and you will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Collection of Items: If you choose the click & collect service, you agree to collect your order within 30 days of receiving the notification of availability. After this period, we reserve the right to consider the order canceled and restock the items.

4. Modifications and Cancellations of Services

  • Order Modifications: If you wish to modify your order, including associated services (click & collect), please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee the modification of the order.
  • Service Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a specific service (e.g., click & collect), we will accept the cancellation at no charge as long as the order has not been prepared. For any cancellation requests after preparation, additional fees may apply.

5. Guarantee and Service Quality

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed: We do our best to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with our service (e.g., click & collect), please inform us within 7 days. We will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction (e.g., fee reduction, extended delivery time, etc.).
  • Limitations: Our liability is limited solely to our intervention on the items and services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages or unforeseeable elements.

6. Belybent's Responsibilities

  • Service Execution: We are committed to delivering all services within a reasonable time and providing accurate information about the status of your items.
  • Processing Time: If there is a delay in providing services, you will be notified by email, and we will arrange a suitable solution (e.g., fee reduction, extended delivery time, etc.).

7. Modifications to the Service Terms

  • Belybent reserves the right to modify these service terms at any time. The new terms will apply to all orders and services placed after their publication on our website.

8. Applicable Law

These service terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction will be that of Belybent’s registered office.
