Belybent Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the company Belybent (hereinafter referred to as "we") and any customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") making a purchase on the website www.belybent.com. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these T&Cs.

  • The items available for sale on www.belybent.com are carefully selected second-hand clothing and accessories.
  • Each item is unique and may show signs of wear, which will be described in the product listing.
  • Photos and descriptions are provided as indicative; we cannot guarantee an exact match to reality (such as color, size, etc.).

3. Pricing

  • Prices on the website are listed in euros, including taxes (VAT), excluding delivery fees.
  • Belybent reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, items will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
  • Any promotions or discounts are only applicable within the specified timeframes on the website.

4. Orders

  • Any order placed on www.belybent.com is final upon payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the case of:
    • Non-payment.
    • An existing dispute with the customer.
    • Out-of-stock items.

5. Payment

  • Payments are made via secure methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • An order is considered validated once full payment has been received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the chosen method and destination (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Belybent is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day calendar period to exercise your right of withdrawal.
    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalized or altered items at your request cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Legal Guarantees

  • Items sold on www.belybent.com benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects as provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
  • If a defect is found, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

9. Liability

  • Belybent cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use of the items or the temporary unavailability of the website.
  • In case of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.), our liability is limited to managing the orders in progress.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by French law.
  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If this fails, the competent courts will be those located in the jurisdiction of Belybent’s head office.

11. Modification of the T&Cs

  • Belybent reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be applicable as soon as they are published on the website and will apply only to orders placed after this date.

  • All content on www.belybent.com (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
