- Order Preparation: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
- Special or Customized Orders: An additional processing time of 2 to 5 business days may apply for items requiring alterations or customization.
2. Delivery Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days (available only for certain areas).
- Click & Collect: Free in-store pickup within 24 business hours at our address: 15 rue de l’Université, Montpellier - 34000.
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.) or unforeseen events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: €5.40.
- Express Shipping: €8.
- Free Shipping: For orders over €100.
Shipping fees will be displayed before finalizing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

6. Delivery Issues
We have strict rules regarding delivery issues:

Non-received Package: If your package does not arrive within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. An investigation will be opened with the carrier, which may take up to 30 business days. No compensation will be offered until the investigation is completed. If the loss is confirmed, we will arrange for a reshipment or refund, at our discretion.

Damaged Package: In the case of a damaged package, report it within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the package and the affected items. If the conditions are met, we will offer a replacement or store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item. No full refund will be issued.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please provide an accurate address when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

Unclaimed Package: Any package that is unclaimed or refused without valid reason will be refunded only after deducting the initial shipping fees.
8. Claims
All claims related to shipping must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After this period, no investigation or compensation will be processed.
